Who is the best wedding dress designer for a vintage-style gown?

I don’t mean an old fashioned no frills gown. The designer I like presently are St. Pucchi, Ines Di Santo, Pronovias, San Patrick and La Sposa. I like them because they make lacy, vintage looking gowns. St. Pucchi is the best. Do you know of a designer that makes similar styles that are less expensive?
