Suggestions for a wedding card holder?
My wedding is November 15 and it’s fall themed. Lots of leaves and fall colors. I’m looking for something to hold the cards people bring. I’ve done google searches and I don’t like anything that I’ve found (examples of things I’ve found: A metal gift box, a cake looking box, bird cage…). I want something different and fall related. My colors are chocolate brown, burn orange, and deep maroon. Any suggestions??
My husband and I made our card holder for our wedding using 4 picture frames. We screwed them all together in the shape of a box and put our engagement pictures in the frames. It was really cute and we got A LOT of compliments on it!
We attached the frame box to a lazy susan and people were able to spin it around to see all the pictures as they dropped their cards in. Check out my old blog with directions on how to make it. www.planningadventure.blogspot.com I think you’ll find you can incorporate your fall theme very easily!
