What are some good 3 Year Wedding Anniversary ideas?

My husband and I are coming up on our three year wedding anniversary and we have had a hard last couple of years continuing into this year with finances. What are some ideas that are easier on the pocket books that we can do for it? (not gift ideas)

How about a 3 mile walk with lunch after?
