how do i find the owner of an engraved wedding band?

i found a wedding band with engraved words reading cynthia and jimmy with the wedding date on it.

I would guess they were in their 20′s when married – so that would only make them 50-60.

You might try running a Found ad in the local Cleveland paper and just put “found engraved wedding band – dated 1962. If you think its yours, please identify the names in the band”.

You need to withhold some info to be sure the right person claims it.

That would be a great human interest story if the owners come forward or you find out the rest of the story.
