What are some nice outdoor decorations for our Engagement Party?
Ok, we are having our Engagement Party at our place in 3 weeks. We’ve got a lovely outdoor area, complete with patio, limestone wall’s, green grass and gardens. But, I’ve never decorated it.
I want this party to stand out from the rest, we always have BBQ’s and get-togethers, I want this one to looks classier!
So far, all I can think about is balloons.
I’m not having any particular colour, as I haven’t picked a wedding colour yet.

- We are doing a buffet, I’ve hired tables and white table clothes.
- It starts at 6.30pm the weather is beautiful, dry and warm. Get’s dark around 8.00pm.
- I’ve also hired a 6m x 3m marquee to go on our grass just for extra room for our guests to mingle.
- Balloons – I’ve chosen pearl shaded ones, pink, purple, yellow, blue and grren. They will be arranged together with table weights.
if its at dinner like around sunset, buy those paper lanterns and hang them around the patio. go online and pick out a design to fold the napkins. if serving dessert use little bowls and write the couples name in chocolate. to do that melt chocolate and use wax paper spiraled up (like used for frosting) and in cursive spell there names. be sure there connected some how. Put on top of ice cream. party!!!
