What do you think of this candle ideas as favors?

Actually, it’s for my engagement party. So what do you think of this?

I would be concerned that as the candle burned it would make the glass really hot and it might “POP” meaning explode.
I have a nasty scar to prove this can happen. I put a candle in a crystal ashtray one time and it was not good.
